1. Introduction

Welcome to Dream2Lead Sports Camp. By enrolling your child in our camp, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before completing the registration process.

2. Registration and Payment

• Registration Process: All participants must complete the registration form and submit payment to secure a spot in the camp.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and online payment platforms.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 30 days before the camp start date, minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after this period.

3. Camp Rules and Regulations

• Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled camp sessions. If a participant is unable to attend, parents/guardians must inform the camp administration in advance.
• Behavior: Participants are required to conduct themselves respectfully and follow the instructions of camp staff. Bullying, harassment, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Dress Code: Participants should wear appropriate sports attire and bring necessary equipment as specified in the camp guidelines.

4. Health and Safety

• Medical Information: Parents/guardians must provide complete and accurate medical information about their child during registration. This includes any allergies, medications, and pre-existing conditions.
• Emergency Procedures: In the event of a medical emergency, camp staff will administer first aid and contact emergency services if necessary. Parents/guardians will be notified immediately.
• Insurance: Dream2Lead Sports Camp does not provide health insurance for participants. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to ensure their child is covered by adequate health insurance.

5. Liability

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling in the camp, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of their child.
• Limitation of Liability: Dream2Lead Sports Camp, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Media Release

• Photographs and Videos: By enrolling in the camp, parents/guardians grant Dream2Lead Sports Camp permission to take photographs and videos of participants during camp activities. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media platforms.
• Opt-Out Option: If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please inform the camp administration in writing prior to the start of the camp.

7. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We collect personal information during the registration process to ensure the safety and well-being of participants. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Communication: By registering for the camp, parents/guardians consent to receive communication from Dream2Lead Sports Camp regarding camp-related matters.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Dream2Lead Sports Camp reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants and parents/guardians will be notified of any significant changes.
